I am an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst with hands-on experience in card processing systems covering both acquiring and issuing. My background spans technical software project consulting, system development, and end-to-end implementation of payment platforms.

I work closely with engineering, business, and external partners such as VANs and payment brands to align requirements with implementation reality. I focus on translating complex specifications into clear delivery plans developers can execute confidently.

    I manage projects across merchant management, settlement, interchange (IRD, IRF), dispute (chargeback, compliance), and GL posting.

    System Documentation

    I produce documentation for API interfaces, ISO8583 mapping, and deployment guides used across delivery teams.

    Project Lifecycle Management

    I oversee timelines, resources, and risk using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tracked through JIRA and Confluence.

    Payment Brand Integration

    I coordinate with VANs and 3rd parties to integrate V.I.P. Visa Base I, VSMS, Base II, MasterCard CIS, MDS, and IPM protocols.
